RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At THE RICH HAIR LAB, we take pride in offering high-quality raw hair extensions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept return requests within 48 hours after the date of arrival. Once 48 hours have passed, we will not be able to process any refund requests.
  • To be eligible for a return, the hair extensions must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging (ZIP TIES MUST NOT BE CUT FROM THE BUNDLES). If you purchased wavy/curly hair, the hair must not be combed through. 
  • If the above requirements are not met, your refund request will be DENIED.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at therichhairlab@aol.com to initiate the return process with Subject Line: RETURN REQUEST
  • Returns are only guaranteed if an error was made on our behalf.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

3. Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your return request, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria above.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our criteria.

4. Refund or Exchange:

  • If the return request is approved, you may choose either a refund or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
  • Provide detailed information and photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene reasons, hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return (NO REFUNDS ALLOWED ON WIGS).
  • Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

8. Return Fees:

  • There will be 15% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees

9. Cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

10. Wrong Wig Size:

  • All customers are responsible for measuring their head. Sizing reference will be listed under all wigs to help you decide which size wig is best for you. Please double check these measurements, if your wig is too big or small you will not be able to exchange it.
