SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing THE RICH HAIR LAB for your raw hair extension needs. Here is our shipping policy to provide you with the information you need regarding the shipping process:
1. Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (THE PROCESSING TIME IS HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR US TO PACKAGE THE ORDER AND SHIP IT OUT. THE PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING TIME.)
- Orders placed before 5pm EST will be processed on the same business day.
2. Shipping Methods:
- All order are shipped via UPS or USPS. Once your package is received by UPS/USPS, we are no longer responsible or liable for for its delivery.
- Standard shipping comes with every order, but you can choose another method of shipping at checkout, including expedited shipping.
- The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
3. Shipping Locations:
- At this time, we only ship within the United States. *Please send us an email if you are international*
4. Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.
5. Delivery Time:
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 3-4 business days.
6. Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect delivery schedules.
7. Address Accuracy:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. To prevent fraud, If the billing and shipping address are not the same, your order will be canceled.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- No address changes can be made once your order has been placed. Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number.
8. Delivery Issues:
- If you abandon/refuse your package and it gets sent back to THE RICH HAIR LAB, we will charge you a 15% fee from the refund amount (Shipping costs will also be subtracted from the refund).
- LOST ITEMS: We are not responsible for lost items. If the tracking number says that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you will have to file a claim with your local USPS or UPS. We will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen items after they have been shipped.
- If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact your local UPS/USPS.
9. Shipping Fees
- If you request a refund, Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
10. Local Pickup:
- We offer local pickup options for customers in State College, PA. Please select this option and check-out if interested.
